We will collaborate with your insurer to help you in the best possible way to process your claim. Upon request, we can organise a direct claim* with your insurance company (a non-refundable administration fee of £30 applies in this case).
If we are not part of your insurers preferred veterinary referral network (RSA) and your pet needs to undergo a surgical procedure at our clinic, we commit to cover the additional fees associated with that to help you make the referral process easier and stress free.

*A direct claim will only be agreed at the discretion of the Vet Eye Care management team. Direct Claims will only be agreed for costs exceeding £500. We will ask you to provide a copy of your policy certificate and to read and agree to our direct claim insurance terms and conditions.
