Prior to your visit

Information for your appointment

Your appointment time will be confirmed by our team via email. If you are visiting us for the first time, our address can be found on our website.

Our initial consultation appointments can take up to 45 minutes. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. In the event you arrive late for your appointment, you might have to wait some time before you are seen. Our receptionists will offer you a refreshment while you are waiting.

Our re-examination appointments can take up to 20 minutes.

During the consultation, one of our ophthalmologists will thoroughly examine your pet and perform any necessary diagnostic tests required, following which they will discuss your concerns and answer any questions. If further diagnostic procedures or surgeries are required, we will discuss these at the time of the appointment.

It is advisable to keep your pet starved prior to the appointment (unless your pet is diabetic, in which case you should provide food and insulin as usual), in case any procedures are required on the day.
